Vanica Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vanica, we have partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure that all our products—multivitamins, beauty essentials, and shilajit—reach you in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from trusted vendors and thoroughly test every package to ensure safe delivery.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once you place your order, our system processes it promptly. Each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being packed securely and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.

Our partner then delivers your order at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach you at the provided address or time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products, including any free gifts bundled with your order, will be shipped to the address provided during checkout, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all items together, this may not always be possible.

How Are the Products Packaged?

Each product is carefully wrapped, and fragile items like glass bottles receive an additional protective layer. Products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes for shipping. Vanica takes responsibility for any damages caused during transit.

Shipping Locations

We ship across India to almost all pin-codes. Serviceability may change depending on our logistics partners.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on your location. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Vanica is not liable for delivery delays caused by our logistics partners.

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate. In certain situations, we may need to pause deliveries temporarily for safety or operational reasons.

Delivery Timing

Our logistics partner will call before delivery. If delivery is attempted three times unsuccessfully, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure availability to receive the delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product type, packaging, and location. Charges are displayed during checkout and included in your final invoice. No additional shipping fees will be charged beyond what is displayed.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistics partner will attempt delivery two more times. You can contact our Customer Service to reschedule. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to Vanica.
